We are not able to accept returns of our coffee due to health concerns of opened product bags. We also do not offer refunds for your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon after your purchase as possible.

In this Statement, the terms "Venetian Coffee Roasters" "we", and "us" refers to Venetian Coffee Roasters, and its respective subsidiaries and affiliated companies. Websites that are owned and operated by Venetian Coffee Roasters may contain links to websites that are owned and operated by other companies. This Statement does not apply to websites and services that are owned and operated by third parties.

Please note that if you opt out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may still send you non-promotional communications, including emails about your accounts or purchases.
